How to File a Warranty Claim:
Simply send us an email providing your order number and including photos that clearly show the fault or issue.
We will promptly send you a replacement within one business day. It’s that easy!
What’s Covered:
The warranty covers tears in the external leather structure, straps, grab handles, or internal lining.
It also includes hardware issues such as faulty zips, pullers, buckles, or press studs.
What’s Not Covered:
The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, overloading, or accidental damage (including water damage—although Greenman Outdoor Supplies products can withstand moisture, please avoid submerging them in the water!).
Additionally, the natural aging process of the leather or material, such as patination, scratches, and burnishing, is not covered by the warranty.
