Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • Custom or personalized items are not returnable unless they arrive defective
  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Process for Returns

  • Email info@greenmanoutdoor.com with your order number, reason, and pictures (if applicable)
  • Await return authorization before shipping
  • Pack the item securely and send to the address provided

3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified by email
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days

4. Exchange Policy

You may exchange items for a different size, style, or color (if available). You are responsible for return and new shipping charges unless the product was defective.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Items returned after 14 days
  • Used, damaged, or incomplete returns
  • Custom orders unless faulty

6. Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the fault lies with our product or dispatch error.
